Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled watersports experience will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of your experience (including all costs associated with reserved experiences; surcharges, taxes, and fees). No-Shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of your experience (including all costs associated with reserved experiences; surcharges, taxes, and fees). No refunds will be issued once the watersports experience has commenced.
